5. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice Against MedicSolar.com

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 5 business days
  2. Review the notice for completeness and validity
  3. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly if the notice is valid
  4. Notify the content poster (if applicable) that the content has been removed
  5. Maintain a record of the notice in accordance with DMCA requirements

Incomplete notices will not be processed. If your notice is missing required information, we will notify you of what is needed to complete it.

6. Counter-Notice Procedure

If content you posted on MedicSolar.com has been removed in response to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was made in error or as a result of misidentification, you may file a DMCA counter-notice.

What Your Counter-Notice Must Include

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), a valid counter-notice must contain:

  1. Identification of the removed content — A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  2. Statement under penalty of perjury — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
